Is each ticket good for one day?
Yes, each ticket is only good for ONE day.

Are credit cards accepted at the gate?
Yes, you can purchase tickets at the gate using a Visa or MasterCard only.

How much is Parking?
Parking is $8 per car in advance and $10 day of show. Plenty of on-site parking is available.

Are coolers permitted?
COOLERS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Can I leave and re-enter the Air Show?
Yes, keep your ticket stubs.

Are there Military and Senior Discounts?
Yes, Seniors and Military discounts of $5 off any ticket are available at the gate on day of show only. Military Personel must show military ID.

What are the conditions for Media?
Media credentials will only be extended to media on assignment. Press/Media Credentials requests must be submitted in advance of Airshow dates on a Media Credentials Form and verification of assignment obtained before credentials will be issued. The Media Credentials Request form is available from the Airshow Office or may be downloaded from the website. These requests should be faxed to Shelly Hayes, Media Coordinator, 831-855-0219. No children will be admitted to the media area.

What would be the airport approach information?
ALL POINTS OFF SNS VORTAC
270R CLOCKWISE - 090
A/C Cross SNS VORTAC at or above 3000'
Proceed S.E. Bound Remaining East of Hwy 101 unless otherwise directed
Turn Right Abeam Soledad Prison, Cross Hwy 101

Aircraft South of the Radial Specified, Maintain VFR and Report
"SOLEDAD INBOUND"

All A/C Fly N.W. Bound on West Side of Hwy 101
Report Gonzales (SNS 130R @ 7DME).
Report Firestone (SNS 135R @ 2.5DME).
Expect Instruction to enter Downwind
Base Leg for RWY 8/26

High Performance A/C may be instructed to proceed to an initial Pt. 3 Miles on Final for assigned Rwy.
Break Altitude 1,500 Pattern Altitude 1000
Expect Left Break RWY 26 and Right Break RWY 8

Are chalet tickets also good for admission to the show?
Yes. Chalet tickets include general admission to the show as well as the chalet area.

Do you have any Bleacher Seating?
Yes. Grandstand Seating is available. For pricing information, please see the Ticket Pricing page.

Will there be food and gift vendors at the Air Show?
Yes, there will be concession booths where food and gifts can be purchased. Many of the concessions will be run by local charities and will greatly appreciate your support.

Is there shade?
General Admission, Grandstand and Box Seat ticket holders will be under an open sky. Patrons are encouraged to plan accordingly and bring plenty of sunscreen. Flight Deck Club and Flightline Chalet ticket holders will have the option of sitting in the shade.

What happens if there is inclement weather?
The Air Show HAPPENS rain or shine. No refunds or exchanges.

Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed onto the Air Show spectator area or left in cars inside the Air Show parking lots. The Salinas Valley heat expected during the air show as well as the heat generated from the cement tarmac is unsuitable for pets.

Are cameras allowed?
Yes, cameras are allowed (still, video, digital). Your camera bags will likely be checked upon entry.

Is there any shuttle service to Salinas from other areas?
Yes. MST (Monterey Salinas Transit) will have complimentary shuttle buses operating Friday, Saturday and Sunday, September 28, 29 & 30, from Northridge Shopping center, Del Monte Shopping Center, and the Marina Transit Station to and from a designated bus stop at the Salinas Municipal Airport.
