Thank you for your interest in participating in the 44th annual California International Airshow at the Salinas Airport. Our mission is to support local non-profit organizations. Vendor participation is an important partnership, and we look forward to working together to create a successful event for everyone.
Space will be assigned based on the order of applications as they are received. Applications must be filled in completely and emailed or mailed with a copy of permits that apply to your business to be considered and assigned a space.
You will be notified by the email provided if chosen to participate and sent further instructions. Full payment is required at the time your application is approved. NO REFUNDS. The fee includes your space for the required 2 days. If you are approved as a vendor/exhibit, you must work both days of the Airshow.
Booth Set-Up: from 10:00AM – 3:00PM Friday
Show Times: Saturday 9:00AM - 5:00PM, Sunday – 9:00AM – 5:00PM=
All vehicles off ramp by 8:00AM on Sat & Sun.
